Studies We Have Worked With

We have collaborated with over 20 research studies across the United States, successfully enrolling a diverse range of participants. Our experience includes working with many underserved groups such as ethnic, gender, and sexual orientation minorities, teens, and individuals with significant drug and alcohol use. To reach prospective participants, we develop a tailored strategy for each project according to its specific target audience. Below are examples of studies we've recruited for, including some example  advertisements, along with key outcomes achieved in each project.

Study: 'Project AIR'

  • Institution: Brown University
  • Project Overview: Research study recruiting HIV seropositive and negative individuals in the northeastern US
  • Consulting Involvement: Including: branding & logo for the study, consulting on survey flow, designing & building landing page, creating all digital marketing & ad materials, running ad campaigns (social media, dating apps, search), ongoing strategizing/altering approach to sustain interest in the study.

Project Outcomes:

  • Recruitment completed on schedule, within budget 
  • Enrolled ~100 participants
  • 95% of total participants engaged were sourced via our ad campaigns

Study: 'Transpire'

  • Institution: Friends Research Institute
  • Project Overview: Online research study on gender identity among transfeminine individuals on the west coast
  • Consulting Involvement: branding & naming the study, consulting on survey builds, designing landing page, creating all ad materials (online & in-person), running ad campaigns (social media), ongoing strategizing/altering approach to sustain interest in the study.

Project Outcomes:

  • Recruitment completed on schedule, on budget 
  • Enrolled 100+ participants

Study: 'PATHway'

  • Institution: University of Illinois
  • Project Overview: Study focused on teen wellbeing among 13-19 year olds across the USA.
  • Consulting Involvement: Landing page redesign, ad materials, creating and running new ad campaigns (social media, search, online forums), ongoing strategizing/altering approach to sustain interest in the study.

Project Outcomes:

  • Recruitment completed ahead of schedule, on budget 
  • Recruited ~300 participants

Study: 'It Takes 2'

  • Institution: University of Michigan
  • Project Overview: HIV prevention intervention for transgender women and their partners in California
  • Consulting Involvement: Branding & logo for the study, consulting on survey flow, creating all digital marketing & ad materials, running ad campaigns (social media), ongoing strategizing/altering approach to sustain interest in the study.

Project Outcomes:

  • 104 Participants Enrolled
  • Recruitment completed on schedule, on budget 
  • ~100 participants enrolled 

Study: 'Team300'

  • Institution: Brown University
  • Project Overview: Exploring the influence of seeing alcohol in the media on drinking behaviour among teens aged 15-18.
  • Consulting Involvement: Ad material design, implementing ad campaigns (social media) ongoing strategizing/altering approach to sustain interest in the study.

Project Outcomes:

  • Recruitment completed on schedule, within budget 
  • Recruited ~300 participants
